Exchange & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with D'Decor. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. By placing an order with D'Decor, you agree to the following terms.

• Request Timing: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of Condition: Customers must take a video of the unboxing to verify the product’s condition.
• Initiation Process: Please send us a email to enquiry@ddecor.com with your order Number and item details to initiate a exchange.
• Product Value: Exchanges are permitted for items of equivalent or higher value. Any price difference for a higher-priced item must be covered by the customer.

• The 7-day exchange window has passed.
• The item is not in its original condition, or tags and packaging are missing.
• The order has already shipped; as shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

• Management’s decision on exchanges and offers is final and binding.
• D'Decor reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.
